On Saturday, April 5, former New Albany High School standout Elijah Griffith’s college team lost in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Saturday, April 5, former New Albany High School standout Elijah Griffith’s current college team, the Akron Zips, lost 1-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Toledo Rockets.

The game took place at Scott Park Baseball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Rockets this season.

The Zips’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 1 p.m. at Scott Park Baseball Complex against Toledo Rockets.
