New Albany home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in New Albany rose by $57,000 while total sales decreased by 32.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $551,500 - a 11.5% increase over the $494,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in New Albany in the third quarter of 2018.
