Over the summer, the team transformed this resident's home by providing a new air conditioning unit to ensure the resident was able to stay cool inside during the summer heat.

Minor plumbing, electrical, gas and furnace repairs
Installation of safety devices (Smoke alarms, deadbolt locks, etc.)
Installation of wheelchair/walker ramps
Installation of handrails and/or grab bars
