Here at the Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center, our adorable dogs sure love munching on a good ol’ biscuit!
Biscuits, like many needed shelter necessities, bring our dogs much joy while they wait to be adopted. Our dogs are extremely grateful for those who have helped bring them joy via donations as they wait for adoption.
