**UPDATE** We are happy to share with everyone, that Muffin has left the building and is now in a foster-to-adopt home!

We are grateful for the overwhelming amount of the love and support that our community has shown for our dogs and invite everyone who has expressed interest in adopting to visit our website at https://dogadoptions.franklincountyohio.gov/

Muffin’s smile is all we need to get through this gloomy day!  If you are ready to welcome a new furry friend into your heart and home, visit our Columbus, Ohio Adoption Center this weekend and let our trained staff help you find the perfect match.

Big dogs, little dogs and everything in between, the Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center currently has more than 100 adorable adoptables who are all ready for a loving home.

No appointments are needed. No application is required. Adoptions and foster-to-adopts are completed the same day.

Learn more about Muffin and the rest of the adoptable crew by visiting https://dogadoptions.franklincountyohio.gov/.

**As a reminder the shelter will be CLOSED on Monday, January 16th, 2023 in observance of the Holiday.

**EDIT** (Please be aware, should there be three or more people interested in the same dog when the shelter opens, a drawing will be held 30 minutes after opening to determine the order in which people will meet the dog. This process does not ensure adoption.)
