Ohio Medicaid needs your contact information so you don’t miss important updates about your health insurance & risk losing coverage. All recipients will receive a verification request to re-certify eligibility over the next 12 months to maintain their benefits (for Franklin County recipients, it must be returned to Franklin County JFS).
